To Whom It May Concern: I have had to contact Autoglass every single time to try and get this sorted. my Windscreen was first replaced on the 23/09/2022 after it was replaced I noticed the windscreen wipers were not coming on automatically. Autoglass contacted me through the survey and feedback they then rearranged someone to come out and take a look at my windscreen on the 20/10/2022 he had a look also noticed the windscreen wipers were not automatically coming on so check a few things when he finished he could not find a fault Marcin who looked at the windscreen said someone would be in touch, no body was until I contacted Marcin to get this done only then did someone contact me I was informed to take my car into the workshop in Gateshead which I did do on the 03/11/2022 still the fault was there the workman stated the fault was with the Glass and a problem with someone Glass on the Ford's as this happened on the S-Max so he says and now there must be a problem with the C-Max he stated someone would be in touch to discuss the replacement windscreen and again nobody has been in touch it feels like I have been forgotten about since the windscreen was replaced on the 03/11/2022 still the windscreen wipers do not come on automatically when it rains but the headlights are continuously on even during the day time when its bright so that's another fault so faer i have found auto glass useless with doing the windscreen my Insurance Renewal has gone up Also now the windscreen trim is very loose you could pull one side of it out and probably the whole windscreen would fall out absolutely shocking Kindest Regards Mr G Whitworth

Absolutely disgraceful customer service

What a nightmare.....fools cut through the vehicles main electrical loom ....so no hands free no internal lights..... thousands of pounds of damage not to mention no works van so lost revenue..... go elsewhere if you can

Absolutely useless company, I got the glass on my front window replaced and they and they pulled the wrap around my roof of at parts, took a chunk out my roof and the glass they put in was scraped at both sides, they have agreed to replace the glass but denied that that roof was them as apparently the tools they used couldn’t have caused that kid of damage, even though the car was perfectly fine before they came, they submit there damage report after the work is done which clearly now I see is so if there is any damage they can act like it was there the whole time, awful company to try and deal with too as there is no phone support you have to request a call back from them which they haven’t called back for 2 months and have been promised a call back everyday

Tried to book a windscreen replacement for my mobility car, so booked my appointment and paid the excess and thought all sorted, even though it meant a 90 mile round trip as they couldn't fit it at home due to the cameras on my Toyota. Now I have received an e/mail saying they don't have a part so I will have to wait the best part of THREE WEEKS for them to order Now surely a company of this size should have a system in place that as stock is getting low it automatically reordered but apparently not so . As my daughter goes to Hospital on a daily basis this sort of service is appalling tbh and has left me up a creek minus a paddle. Thanks Autoglass fora really crap service.

I phoned auto glass for a quote the company phoned me back and asked me a few questions one of which was am I going through my insurance I said no they then went on to quote me £830 This is why our car insurance’s are so high Budget windscreens £220 supplied and fitted

I had a stone chip and called my insurance. They gave two companies to call. First was Autoglass. The young guy advised my wife that he couldn't repair it and if we didn't let them replace the full screen at their Sheffield office it would not be repaired by him. When I arrived home he gave me the sales pitch just as he did to my wife. He said the chip was a mot failure and if I didn't put it through my insurance is would cost £1500.i said are you going to repair it, he said no and I've closed your job down. He went. I called the other number from my insurance they arrived in 1 hour, he looked at the chip said nothing and did a flawless job. Auto Windscreens Shaw Lane Doncaster. Thanks John.
