I filed a glass claim through my insurance! I made an appointment and asked the young lady to repeat the address and appointment time. She rushed me off the phone and stated she will send me a text. I did not receive the text until the night before.... when I got to my appointment the store was closed. When i called the store customer service , I stayed on the line for 30 mins and was disconnected, no one ever called me back to reschedule or notified me that my appointment text was wrong. I am so sick of bad customer service!!

Auto Glass Now / Auto Glass Fitters 8 Bryce Industrial Dr. Savannah, GA. 31405 On 8/16/23 I had my windshield replaced in my Mercedes benz sl 550 The technician dropped a screwdriver on my front fender and dented it. One of the employees came over and told me what happened and showed it to me. They told me don’t worry, get it fixed and give us the bill and we’ll make good on it. I had them sign a piece of paper that they were responsible and I still paid the windshield bill. They asked me, can you please pay in cash? I said ok. I was told I had to contact a gentleman named Thorn 912-660-8379 It took a lot of phone calls he doesn't return phone calls at all. For the last three months he keeps telling me my check is coming in the mail. $3,925.00 dollars. Come to find out they do not have product liability insurance. I can't believe it, that is unbelievable. I took it upon myself and I contacted the city to see if they had a business license come to find out they did not. The city went right out there and gave them a 10 day notice to apply for one. I asked Thorn for the phone number so I can call to find out where the check was. He said he could not give me the gentleman's name and phone number. I thought that seemed very strange. I asked Thorn Who owns the company? He said he did not know Who signs your paycheck? I asked him. No one I get cash. Hummmm I started calling that 800 number. Nobody knew who owns the company. I don't understand that. Multiple corporations something seems very strange here. Thorn did tell me everything goes through him. Thorn is a liar & a SCUMBAG . They damaged my car. I stopped at the shop 12/22/23 on a Friday To see if my check got sent there. The manager Michael said no it did not. They had so much cash on that table They could have paid me right there. I found out one of the owners of the company’s name is Johnny Dayberry He doesn't return phone calls neither. I am going to sue them. File a complaint with the FTC & The attorney general of Georgia. Something is just not quite right with this company.

Auto Glass Now I called "AUTO GLASS NOW" of Winston Salem, NC last Wednesday to schedule an appointment for my rear glass to be replaced in my 1971 Camaro. The woman I spoke with was very nice and took all of my information pertaining to the vehicle. She looked up the "Classic car" rear glass and quoted me a full installation price and she said they could come out to my home and install the glass on Tuesday between 8 am and 5 pm. This morning I called and got an answering service that confirmed my appointment today. During the conversation I asked if we could get a more direct time because I didn't want to sit here all day waiting. After a brief pause the gentleman informed me that they could not install the glass because it was a "Classic Car" but could bring it to my home and drop it off. SERIOUSLY? What good is the glass to me if it can't be installed? I can order the glass on-line and have it delivered. Why didn't someone call me and let me know? What a joke! Please AGN....Do your job...follow up! If you don't install "Classic Car" windows, say so when we call and put it on your web page. LET PEOPLE KNOW before they take time off and lose a day because of your incompetence!

The installer broke the liftgate glass while removing it. They said it’s not their problem, sometimes they break. Had to buy a new glass from the Range Rover dealer for $753 as there was no aftermarket available. Auto Glass Now said there was no charge for the removal, normal charge is $50 to remove and $60 to install. They charged $200 saying it was because I bought the glass from the dealer. I was charged almost triple for the install after having to pay for a new glass. Auto Glass Now says that is their policy and they refuse to do anything to make this right. STAY AWAY!!!!

While in Augusta I needed my rear window replaced on a 2015 Subaru Forester. AGN (Deans Bridge Rd) replaced the window. While working on the window the tech broke a large piece of trim. After multiple calls to the local store and an email to the home office still no help in getting the trim replaced. Very dissatisfied with this company.

My repair has still not been completed. As the stock wasn't in...the wait continues

Said glass was in stock, turns out they order when you check in. So after waiting 3 hours “they say” “ it was the wrong glass in the box” “it will be tomorrow before we can get the new glass. auto glass NOW…..lol not so much!

Absolutely…TERRIBLE!!! I was shopping around, got a competitive quote, so I gave them the “go ahead “ to get my passenger front window replaced on my 2001 GMC Yukon. I was actually thrilled that I got such a great rate. I was looking forward to getting that window replaced!!! Hold on. Stop right there!! Gentleman comes out to attempt a repair, but failed because he needed a part so he couldn’t complete the job. It was a Friday, he told me to go to a well known auto parts store to get the regulator he needed, seemed like a friendly guy, I thought that it wasn’t that big of a deal. It was almost 5 o’clock, so I told him that he could finish the job the next day, (Saturday.) It’s about to get deep. Saturday comes, I dropped $60 on the regulator. I had his number programmed in my phone. So I called him. He didn’t answer, I tried 3 times and even called dispatch, no answer. He didn’t tell me that they are off on the weekends!!! Ok!!! Fast forward to Monday. Get ready for the punchline. He said HE was going to call dispatch, after I told him who I was and asked when he was going to finish the job. No. I called them. They had to charge me an ADDITIONAL $110 to have someone else come out to finish the job, and not available until Tuesday!!! I decided to go along with their agenda because I knew that if I called another company to come out, then I would be paying a lot more than $110. Ended up getting screwed. NEVER AGAIN!!! Next time, I’m going with another company like Safelite because Caliber can kiss my “you know what “ if they’re going to treat me like that.
