When I called I spoke with Gary in customer support. He was extremely helpful in helping me out with my issue regarding the magic force door. I was able to send him some pictures to ensure the correct replacement…sent me to the online store and had replacement is less than 5 days ….

Gary was very helpful from the first and communicated with me on his on time. He was in touch with me for several days and was very helpful finding the part I needed although I did not have a picture of the part. Gary went way above what was expected in trying to find the part I needed. When we need more parts for our church doors I will definitely call Gary.
