I found that the pricing was good but it was hard to confirm with no one to talk too on the phone.

Ordered and paid for 2 day shipping, expected it this morning at the latest. Found out it will not arrive until tomorrow afternoon. Had to request a tracking number (you will not automatically get one) also read fine print...no guarantees on the shipping! This is costing my company money! I requested a refund for the expedited shipping but was told this will not happen. I recommend ordering from elsewhere!!! Do not do 2 day shipping unless you can wait 3-4 days for your item.

I ordered nylon wheels and they sent me steel wheels and my order says nylon wheels. Waiting for response before I change my satisfaction from distributor.

You claim to ship Fast. Yet the web site says 7-10 days unless I pay for 2-3 day shipping? Which is it? Do you ship fast or not? Why the play for extra shipping cost. You seem to want it both ways! Working way toooo hard to confuse your customer. Mixed messaging? HINT: If you have it in stock = ship it! If not please state that. Is being honest really this hard?

The most important issue is you do not provide a phone number to speak with someone verbally. The 2nd issue is I needed to fix my order, it was a simple finish error when I ordered and I received ABSOLUTELY no response by email from the 2 email addresses I had so my order was closed and it couldn’t be corrected. That is terrible customer service. I admit I made the error but a simple one that easily could have been corrected if I could have spoken with someone!

Hello Stephanie, We are sorry you are upset. Our customer service team constantly responds to emails. They double checked all of their emails in the past 48 hours, but we have no record of the 2 emails you speak of. Is it possible you misspelled the customer service email address? The correct email address is [email protected] Please contact us immediately so that we can correct this issue asap. Thank you again for your business! Automatic Door and Hardware Team

Automatic Door and Hardware did process my order in a timely manor and I received the product when scheduled but what was ordered is usually a bulk package, they had priced as a bulk item but I received a single item. When I called they were polite and said I got what was ordered. I feel that these practices are deceptive and they should not be trusted. I will not be buying from them anymore.

Hello Robert, We are sorry you feel this way. The product you ordered was a single item, not a bulk item. This was clearly stated by the photo, part number, and product description. Please contact the returns department and we would be happy to offer you a full refund. Best regards, Automatic Door and Hardware Team
