any item missed on the order form causes a lot of the information to be deleted and requires it be re-entered. just highlighting the missed information would have been much less irritating, but at least the parts I needed were offered.

The website refused to accept my order several times. Finally when I changed the credit card it accepted the order.

I was given a 5% discount promotion code that wasn't honored at checkout. I was going to purchase a Stanley ON/OFF/HO key, but found your price to be about double of what I can get elsewhere.

Wasn't able to find the items I was looking for and didn't receive much help through my email. In this day and age of Amazon you'd think websites, product catalogs, and customer service would rank a little higher in everyone's business. I did make a purchase and feel like I'm settling for an item that I desperately need and hope will work. Fingers crossed!

Great website but product arrived loose from it's packaging and with parts missing. Items showed effects from being loose and I was very disappointed with the sloppy way they were packed. Offered to credit me with $5.00 for missing parts, but still have not received the credit.
