Customer service Rep Derrick was very helpful

I have zero experience with doors, and have spoken with Derek 3 or 4 times on 3 different doors. He is always very polite, patient, and educated me every time. Derek's knowledge and expertise is conveyed humbly as he communicates with me, much appreciated! In my 40+ years of business, an employee like him is rare, and is also a result of good management. Thank you.

Gary is a great guy to work with. He is pretty knowledgeable about sliding doors and always goes above and beyond to get the problem solved. As of now he helped me 3 times and all 3 times I do exact what he recommends me and problems are solved. Highly recommend.

My experience with this company has been exceptional. Fast response, quick pricing and sales orders. Your shipping is always packaged so nothing is damaged in transit. The best of all has been Derek, his customer service and support for the field techs is above and beyond any other company we deal with. I will recommend your company again and if we ever need your type of products in the future you better know we will only come to Automatic Door and Hardware.
