Auto Claim Specialists were extremely helpful and professional in garnering a very satisfactory Diminished Value Claim for my (practically new) 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Repairs were right at $10,000 and the vehicle is now great! That said, I realized it was no longer going to be worth what it should for a CarMax report whenever I decide to sell or trade. ACS was recommended to me by the body shop. I was unaware such a company or service was out there. Received a $3,000 settlement from Geico for the lost value. I NEVER could have done this myself. Our vehicle was declared a total loss by the insurance company after a "car on ice vs guard rail" accident. The amount the insurance company wanted us to settle for was significantly below the market value, so a friend of mine suggested calling Robert. The friend spoke very highly of the company, so I made the call. E-mailing a couple of forms is about the hardest thing I had to do as Robert went to work, and before long the settlement was increased by about 33%. I contacted Robert McDorman after I received the run around from my insurance company. My 2016 Ram 2500 was involved in an accident that lead to a total loss and the other driver did not have insurance. I went through a total of five adjusters in a two week period.
