Let me first start by saying Robert is amazing! He will renew your faith in humanity. He is what we all hope for when needing assistance in uncharted territory. I've never been in an accident where my vehicle was deemed a total loss. I was personally questioning the value that was assessed by my insurance, but didn't know what to do. Robert was great to work with and very efficient at closing my claim with the insurance company. After having my vehicle stolen, insurance well under valued the car and were not helpful or willing to raise their estimate.
