Hi All, In my own personal experience I do have to say that AutoBidMaster is great. I did have a problem and unfortunately 95% of the employees are horrible. After countless hours and days dealing with AutoBidMaster, I E-Mail to the COO Luba, the next thing I knew Lana stepped in to save the day. Customer service is a thankless job, maybe after years of service people forget how to treat customers. Lana treated my issue as if it was her own. She guided me, protected me, and stood up to Copart. I was amazed she resolved my problem and didn’t even break a sweat. When the issue was resolved, she was polite. I thanked her for her help, she replied politely that it’s her job and she enjoys problem solving but more importantly HELPING PEOPLE. I would ONLY recommend AutoBidMaster to people if Blashishin helps them bid, win, and ship the car. He helped me buy a car and he also saved me money and stayed in my budget. Knowing that they employ a closer like Lana, is amazing. Her dedication to helping people can’t be contested. I am very difficult to please and impress. The level of service was beyond anyone I have had to deal with. They need to promote Lana and give her a position of influence. She should head and train everyone in the CS department.I am not sure who Olya is, but she seems to be following Lana’s lead. When you are ready to purchase a Vehicle, talk to “BOBBY” Blashishin. Do what ever this man tells you..Treat his words like scripture. He is much more than a sales person similar to Lana he will advise you as if he was going to buy it. My Horrible experience would have been avoided if I listened to him. Unfortunately I am glad I didn’t listen, I met Lana, and Olya. When you combine Bobby, Lana, and Olya you havethe dream team.. It was privilege to see true professionals working and putting the customer needs first.. A customer is alway right is a lie.. However this team will make your wishes come true, and if something goes wrong, someone cheats or takes advantage LANA will make it right.. I can’t thank Luba enough for letting the best of the best help and resolve my issue. John. D

Good service highly recommend

At first I thought I was going to be disappointed with this company with how the delivery of my vehicle went but after that everything else went fantastic! Tabitha went above and beyond to help me and also checked on how the title process went once I finished rebuilding the vehicle. I would recommend autobidmaster to anyone wanting to purchase a salvage vehicle in the future, they are a good company with a fantastic team.
