Fast Shipping and Awesome Experience with Autelonline
I bought my IM508S from Autelonline, and the whole experience was awesome. Shipping was super fast, and the tool showed up at my shop perfectly packaged and brand new. Registering the tablet and getting the software updates went smoothly without any headaches. If you’re looking to buy Autel gear for your shop and want a company that actually takes care of you and gets your tools delivered fast, I highly recommend buying from Autelonline. This tool has been a massive help for my shop by keeping high-profit key jobs in-house and letting us get cars out the door way faster. The tool will easily pay for itself and make you good money.

Got screwed full unused sub scription for no reason.
My autel scanner out dated charging port quit working without my knowledge. I baught the new subscription and only added my scanners vin to the subscription before it died and the charging port in not fixable. And now I have a full unused subscription for no reason becasue ive heard nothing back from autel about refunding me. Highly considering going to Launch now.

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand your frustration. To clarify, the software subscription was purchased from us, but the diagnostic device was not. Unfortunately, once a software license is activated and bound to a device's SN, Autel's policy does not permit cancellations or refunds — this is beyond our control as a dealer. However, we don't want you to feel stuck. Here's how we can help: License Transfer‌ — If you replace your device with another Autel unit, we can assist you in transferring the unused subscription to the new device. Repair Options‌ — A faulty charging port may still be fixable. We can recommend trusted repair services if you're interested. Loyalty Discount‌ — If you decide to purchase a new scanner from us, we'll offer you a special discount on your next order. Please contact us directly — we genuinely want to help you find a solution and make things right.

Used autel TPMS tools in the past and…
Used autel TPMS tools in the past and for the most part they’ve worked great. Sometimes for whatever reason if the car you’re working on is too close to another car it will pick up the car next to you but it hardly happens. Overall I’m satisfied with autels products

Autel makes quality diagnostic equipment
I have used several Autel products over the last few years and they have all performed wonderfully. The user interface is easy to use and learn and the tools have all been quick and accurate. Updates to the tools are easy to install and the units themselves are quality and built rugged for shop use. I recommend Autel products for anyone doing indepth diagnostics on modern vehicles.

Product arrived fast
Product arrived fast. The seller was in contact with me the whole time. Great communication and his attitude is something other companies could take a lesson on. Nothing but great things to say about the person and product
