Austin Natural MattressReviews of austinnaturalmattress.com

Charles was so accommodating to my girlfriend Taylor and I as he took our requests of materials/comfort levels for our purchase and made it super easy to buy our bed. Would recommend anyone looking for a great new bed without the pushy sales techniques come here and work with Charles. He actually knows what he is talking about and is a seasoned 13 yr veteran of this cozy business!

Charles at Austin Natural Mattress is what customer service should be. He was extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses and other products they carry. I never felt the typical sales pressure of buying out of my price range or buying that day. Charles let me walk around (on several different occasions) trying every bed in my price range. Never did he push me towards one specific mattress, he simple answered my questions as I asked them. The result was I purchased a mattress that was not only one I could afford but I feel good about sleeping on because of the materials used to make it. I don't remember the last time I sleep this well and woke up rested and pain free. If your in the market for a new mattress go to Austin Natural Mattress and see Charles.

I have had a great experiences buying from Charles at Austin Natural Mattress. He's straightforward in helping me find the best beds for my needs with no salesy pressure. I'm on my second bed with them, second decade and have loved both. It takes a little while from ordering to delivery, but it it has been worth the wait! Plus I love the pillows and sheets they sell. It's my go-to sleep place.

Maxwell at Austin Natural Mattress has been very helpful with explaining the different types of mattress and what would suit us best. Highly recommend this store for your next purchase.

This is my review...so far. It involves reading about your products and placing an order. I hope it (my review) will be the same after I have slept on one of your mattresses for awhile.

Got the mattress we were looking for. The sales person was friendly and didn't harass.

This was a very easy mattress buying experience. The sales team was helpful but did not pressure us at all. We learned so much about organic mattresses and are very happy we chose to buy from Austin Natural Mattress!

I never expected to learn so much at a mattress store. Thanks for the organic materials lesson, the physical therapy tips and an awesome mattress! Me, my wife and my back couldn’t be happier. ; )
