This is my second time buying a mattress here. Charles was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He helped my partner find a firm mattress for his back in our price range. He also went out of his way to make sure we had the mattress and related supplies we needed in time for our move. All their products are clean and I LOVE that they don't contain harmful chemicals or flame retardants. If I need another matres for my growing family, I'll be back!
