Austin Natural MattressReviews of austinnaturalmattress.com

My order was delivered swiftly. Speedy delivery!

nice salers!! nice and efficient

In store sales person was great. Very informative and knowledgeable. Delivery guys were great as well. Arrived In time and placed the mattress with no hassle. Only recommendation would be to open the mattress a couple of days before delivery. It comes rolled up and they said it takes 48 hours to fully expand. While the unroll experience is neat to watch, I would have preferred to have an optimal sleeping experience the first night.

Great experience and product with great customer service

The descriptions on the website for some products were scant or missing. We’ve bought our last two mattresses here, though, and we trust the quality of all the products sold here.

Overall, easy to order, however details are lacking for several of the mattresses. For example we ordered the Nurture Plush, but no dimensions on line w/r/t thickness for sheet sizing, or anticipated delivery date at checkout.
