Today is my 3rd day waiting for a scheduled phone interview only for it to be canceled again and again and again. Then you guys constantly hire women like it’s some weird freaky ish going on. One told me “you gotta know somebody personally from there” yeah so that’s how you actually get interviewed by knowing someone there. They have bad business practices and I promise I better not see ANY of em ANYWHERE. Be safe.

Constant harassment. racist and sexist and they don’t even do their job. Homeless people all on the property multiple times throughout the day yet they have enough time to circle the block twice and Shine the light on me because they think it’s funny not to do their job when that’s exactly why I took multiple videos. To show them not doing their job. Waiting at the street light that is green on multiple occasions. Holding up traffic. I’m sure there are more deserving people out there to have a job than these little boys. It’s gross. It’s harassment and I will continue to document it all. I want to make sure everyone knows just how bad the men they pick are. Don’t bother complaining to management. They will do nothing. They pick men that have no business guarding business’, homes or people. Digusting behavior Josue and Daniel.

Let’s start with the Irving location…….. RUDE! Very unprofessional! I don’t know who they got to answer phones or anything but this is the worst company to work for. No one has any answers for any questions. They will tell you one pay amount and they will not fix it. They find every excuse and if you call to talk to anyone they give you the run around. Who ever the girl is who answers phones is the most rude, disrespectful condescending with the nastiest attitude and who ever is over her, some man name Terry berry or Perry whatever allows her to do just that. You can not have a voice or the will terminate you. The way they text you is rude and then will tell you don’t call them etc. this is not the place to work or deal with these people if you have been raised with respect and or manners. 0 out of 10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

By far fhe worst company I hsve ever worked for. There is zero communication and even Managment had no clue. Work for the. For four years in a hospital setting. When they started raising our pay management stated now they can get anybody they want because all the competition for our jobs would be high. When I started working for them we had five days of vacation a year. They took two of our vacation days and made them sick days. Three whole days a year. That’s just stupid. High stress job like that and only three vacation days. Forced overtime, shedule blackouts, and the nursing staff letting it known they didn’t like us even though we were there to protect them. I can go on. They treaded me horribly to the point that I stadted asking if there was age discrimination going on. All the time spent there and not once was I approached for a leadership role. I even had over twenty five year Managment experience. I watched the. Hire new people with no experience over me. I was not a bad employee and went well above and beyond with them. I had that Managment experience and I was- an Air Force vet. I saw them take a person. Who they were going to fire and made him supervisor. That was it for me. They asked if I would consider coming back and said he’ll no and under no circumstances.

I have applied twice in the last six months. Each time, I completed the video interview and was immediately selected for an on-site sit down interview which I scheduled. Both times, within 5 minutes of scheduling the on-site interview, I received a text stating the interview had been cancelled by the interviewer. No explanation at all as to why.

No help. No nothing. Negative company.

Spencer's Hayes did not hire me on his free will he was instructed by someone in the hire up to reach out to me to give me a job. And he treated it as such, by not answering my questions, and neglecting the others I had. There's more to the story of how all of this went down but I'm just going to keep it short. I even reached out about the situation and stated what him and I had said in the messages, and I wanted was clarifying information and I couldn't even get that.. neither have they acknowledged anything, so I see they company set up so private until they can't even have sympathy, acknowledge,or apologize for the situation but that ok, and also marked me as ineglible for rehire because I was trying to get help..I was not trying to leave the company entirely, but Spence told me if I don't find it fit just say because he shows that he really didn't want to discuss it, so I said, since you mentioned if I don't want the position to say so he could go head and remove me from the site, and if anything comes available in the future I will give it a try, and made sure I wasn't by making me unable to be rehired for no reason. I didn't do anything to him but trying to get answers. Because h was I instructed to to reach out to me he made it known when he called me, as that being said, This the translation..I'm letting you know this is not because me, it's because someone told me to. After all this, I'm going to treat you like It was my pleasure. I no way felt welcome to Allied Universal.. And on top of that I never applied for the position it was given and took it at the time. Because I thought it would be a nice place to work, bug Allied showed me otherwise.

A man child working as a security guard has been sending my underage niece vulgar texts messages and needs to be fired immediately. So does his supervisor, who I later found out was NOT his supervisor at all, who is defending his behavior by saying "she told him she was 18" when her text messages clearly proved that she did NOT lie about her age at all. She asked him if it was a problem that she was "only 17" and his response was "is it a problem that I'm only 22?" Allied universal security employs the security team for that mall and they did absolutely nothing and even tried to lie to me via email and state that they do not employ anybody at that location. When I sent a picture of there security van in front of the mall... SILENCE.....
