one word would describe this company...trash

Allied is the most longest trusted security company period. they barely make mistakes in the payroll like other security companies play with and does . i am here one of longest employee to protect false accusations reviews.. since i was at my lowest they help me to get ahead, even im not at my very best. so i am here to give out my best and my life in the line of duty. some of us are here just low key and would not even open this up. what can you get for working for allied?, you to get to work with largest companies like APPLE PARK and many more, which provide good backround for your career YES? and less hatred and d!scr!m!nat!on like other SECURITY DOES! I've been to other security companies!, and i gone thru em most of it all. they look at you head to TOE AND SAY NO. allied is a friendly security environment and has the capacity to help your career, life balance, and plenty of choices of sites that suites your backround and needs show up on time, dress up nice , and respect people around u, allied will welcome people like this. they far more friendly than other security companies performed esp the newly open private security scams is a nono to go. we have different kinds of level of securities here untrained, customer service, trained , more in the admin tech side, etc. so it just depends who you came across too and invest in thank you regards,

I applied for allied was honest about my record,it's 30 years old nothing major.Never heard back from them and also I have worked for 3 security companies with no issues!I feel they are judging me and never gave me a chance.I used to work at humana building cleaning and observed one of their employees laying on couch,with shoes off watching videos on their phone,also alot of them was not so neat and sloppy looking in their appearance.So,I feel they need to do better and not judge people who's records are so old.

On July 24, 2026 I was supposed to have a virtual interview with Arthur Presley at 9:00am. He was a no show and fail to give me notice that he was unable to speak with me. I received a ln automated text from allied wandering how my interview went with Arthur. I responded that he was a no show and failed to speak with me. I received a call from Arthur at 1:36pm and he was stand-offish and thinking that my interview at 9am was not a problem. I really wanted to give him a piece of my mind but I was on the train and being respectful to the other passengers. Arthur Presley, you are an incompetent person that can’t be a man and said sorry for not meeting with me in the morning. He really was proud that he gave my position away to another guard. Allied Universal is waste of time.

idiots. Treat you like a body and interviewers dont know how to do there jobs. So your constantly being asked the same question the same way. Cause they dont understand or speak english.

I was with the company three years basically showed up on time did everything and when I left to see a better opportunity not only did I not get it thank you or anything they shortened my last check. How about that? I will never work for a company like this ever again who undervalue their employees and can’t even get their pay straight.
