I’ve become extremely fond of my projector, unfortunately my clumsiness with the remote meant it was much more challenging to change channels. I placed an order and within a few days a replacement remote showed up. At a very reasonable price.

A really good projector with good light and sharp picture. The original projector had a small defect that showed a white sliver in the middle of the screen that looked like an interior reflection. They immediately sent me a new one within a day and it was perfect.

Smooth and easy process for ordering my projector online. I ordered on 10/15 and it arrived 10/17!! Great delivery, but this might be different for other customers. When I received the projector, it came in pristine condition. Projector set-up was self explanatory and easy! The remote does not come with batteries but it works very well. As for the projector itself, I like how it auto-adjusts to whatever surface the screen is displayed on & auto-adjusts focus. You can also adjust screen size to your preferences in settings & adjust focus on your remote. I have my projector at an angle at eye-level height and it adjusts very well on my wall. The screen lighting is also great--even during the day time--I just close my curtains for better viewing. I connect my projector to my laptop wirelessly (through bluetooth) as a second monitor or to a speaker. This works well but it was a bit disorienting having my projector screen as a second monitor for regular work. The speaker on the projector is actually better than my other speaker so I opt towards using the projector speaker. I'd say the only flaw of my projector has been that it freezes randomly and I have to unplug the entire projector from the outlet and plug it back in to reuse. I also am having issues with one of my apps currently but that is due to the app itself and not the projector. Overall, the projector has been great! It's my first time having a projector and I say this was well-worth the investment!!!
