Aurzen projector was the first projector with plenty of ifs and buts. All these questions were sorted out with help of Monica ( customer care agent ) who promptly supported all my questions and gestured me with discount offer which i missed since i bought from amazon. Projector was amazing and our family enjoying cinema night without issues. Only drawback is hdmi arc functionality is not working with netflix and prime video. Rest all great.

The product arrived already opened, which is unacceptable. On top of that, it constantly fails to connect to WiFi, making it completely useless. Very disappointed with the quality and reliability.

Hi Timothy, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. Receiving an already opened product is unacceptable, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience this has caused. Additionally, we understand how frustrating WiFi connection issues can be, and we’d love to help resolve this for you. Our projectors come with at least a one-year warranty, but the exact coverage depends on the product page details or the warranty manual. Please reach out to us at [email protected], and our team will be happy to assist you. We appreciate your feedback and hope to make things right. Best, Aurzen Customer Support Team
