I stayed with aurent for some time in Australia and they helped me a lot to get a nice room and be confortable. The hoyusemates were friendly and the price reasonable. I recomend them to stay in Melbourne or Sydney:) thanks

Estuve con mi pareja unos meses en Melbourne y la verdad tuvimos una muy buena experiencia con aurent. Siempre que necesitamos algo nos respondieron rapido y nos ayudaron. La casa estaba muy bien y estuvimos super comodos durante nuestra estadia. Cuando hicimos el check out nos devolvieron el deposito en tiempo y sin ningun problema. Muy contentos con todo, los recomendamos.

Do NOT rent here if you expect your deposit back. Zero Refund: Nearly 3 months since checkout, yet my guarantee deposit has not been returned. Illegal Practice: The RTBA confirmed that this company never lodged my bond, which violates Victorian tenancy laws. Total Silence: Multiple emails and reminders have been completely ignored. I am currently taking formal legal action through VCAT and Consumer Affairs Victoria (CAV). Avoid this untrustworthy management at all costs. Update: The deposit was refunded after I posted this review.

La prenotazione è stata semplice, la stanza era esattamente come descritta e il team è stato sempre disponibile e veloce nel rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. La casa era pulita, la posizione era ottima e ho conosciuto persone fantastiche durante il mio soggiorno. Consiglio assolutamente aurent a chi cerca un alloggio affidabile in Australia. moved out on 30 april. signed an agreement on 22 may saying my full $940 deposit would be returned. it’s august and i’m still waiting. chased them over and over, now they just don’t reply. apparently their “deposit protection” doesn’t help much either. the house wasn’t great to begin with. broken tiles, damaged furniture, massive hole in the shower wall, backyard barely maintained. somehow we were expected to look after the backyard despite individually renting rooms, then got charged $600 between 3 of us just to cut the grass. also had a property manager randomly show up to bring people through the house. awful experience. months later i’m still chasing $940 they already agreed in writing to give me back. wouldn’t touch aurent again
