I give it a 5 star

Dear Celia, according to our records, the order was placed on our website using your full name and shipping address. Shortly after, a claim was filed against us with the reason “Unauthorized transaction,” and the case was later resolved in our favor after investigation. A few months later, you contacted us again regarding the bag after 2–3 months of use. Although the case had already been closed, we still offered to send you a brand-new replacement bag at no additional cost as a goodwill gesture. Our team was therefore saddened to see this review while we were still trying to assist you. We kindly asked if you could update the review to reflect the support we provided, but this request was declined. We are still willing to help and support you the best we can. Please kindly check your email for our latest updates, and we hope you may consider updating your review to reflect the full experience with our support team.

I tried to order and my bank would not approved the order, so I'm going go with a scam company...
Response from AurelarMar 5, 2026
Dear Gregg, We’ve checked our system but did not receive any failed or declined order under the name Gregg Szukala, so unfortunately we couldn’t identify the transaction to assist you right away. This may happen due to a bank authorization issue or a temporary system glitch during checkout. Please rest assured that we are a legitimate business, and you can review other customers’ feedback below. For prompt assistance, please contact us at [email protected] or +1 877 749 557. We’ll gladly help resolve the issue and provide a discount code for the inconvenience. We look forward to assisting you soon!
