As it’s a different model, it may not look exactly the same, though we selected the closest match. We also reached out to offer a return for a full refund if the bag didn't meet your expectations, but understand you preferred to keep the bag. However, we did not receive any photos showing the concerns mentioned. Nevertheless, your satisfaction is our top priority. Even without providing photos, we still offered a return for a 100% refund to resolve this issue for you, but we understand that you wish to keep the bag and do not want to return it.
