I never received my shawl and it’s been two months. First customs said it didn’t have enough detail in the description of the item and due to it not being cleared in a timely manner they returned to shipper and I still haven’t received an update. I received a bill from my local usps wanting me to pay $10 for the reshipmemt of this order. Sounds like bad business practice to me.

Hi Lynne, Thank you for taking the time to share this, and we're truly sorry your shawl was held at customs for so long. Waiting that long for anything is frustrating, and we understand why you were upset. So that anyone reading has the full picture: Your order had two items. The bag was delivered successfully. The shawl was shipped with FedEx and was held for inspection at customs twice on its way to you. We kept in touch with you by email throughout, at [email protected]. While you were waiting, we sent you an extra bag at no cost, worth more than your whole order, as a thank-you for your patience. It was delivered to you. Your full order, including the bag that arrived, has since been refunded. About the $10 bill you mention: both shipments of your shawl went by FedEx, not USPS, so we haven't been able to match that USPS charge to your order with us. If you send us a copy of the bill, we'll gladly look into it, and if it's connected to our shipment, we'll cover it. Customs inspections happen to a share of international parcels, and we can't control how long they take. What we can control is how we respond, and we did our best to make this right. If anything is still unresolved, please email us at [email protected] and we'll take care of it personally. Warm regards, Grace, AURELAR Customer Care
