Good experience. Shoes took too long in coming. Was also not told I would pay custom duties. Had to pay to have them delivered.

Thank you for the review, I hope the shoes were worth the wait, as they are handcrafted to order! Unfortunately we can't control what Canada decides to charge duty on.

It's rare to find companies that still treat a customer as if they matter. I have absolutely amazed at the customer service I have received. I purchased one pair of shoes to check out the quality and fit. I have now purchased 4 more in 3 months. Their shoes are extraordinarily well made, gorgeous, and comfortable as they come. I expect to pay more for quality and customer service... RA shoes are a premium product that deserve a premium price and you will receive premium customer service. What else could you ask for?

Great quality, and excellent communication from the company. Product arrived as described, no issues yet. Shipping was quick from Europe to Canada, no surprises.

I was hesitant about buying shoes online because I wanted the eye examination like I do with so many others. I can say now that being a Allen Edmonds shoe guy, "It's going to be hard to shop with them again."
