All-around great experience
All-around great experience: The design engine is highly flexible, the finished product looks great; company keeps customer informed thru-out the build process. Only small glitch it on tassel is off center

The shoes are exactly as…
The shoes are exactly as pictured—EXCEPT for the shoestrings which are bright white. The only dark brown shoestrings I can find locally are usable but I need some which are the length of the white strings which came with the shoes. HELP!

Everything was great
Everything was great, except the boots I ordered had the wrong outer soles. I ordered them with the, "recycled", soles. Other than that, I had a good experience. I am in bad health right now, and can not give this issue any more attention.

Beautiful Shoes. Too Narrow.
Ordered golf shoes. They are absolutely beautiful. However, they are narrower than all my other US 10.5 D golf shoes not from Robert August. Know that when ordering.

Good experience. Shoes took too long in coming. Was also not told I would pay custom duties. Had to pay to have them delivered.

Thank you for the review, I hope the shoes were worth the wait, as they are handcrafted to order! Unfortunately we can't control what Canada decides to charge duty on.
