The look and quality of the shoe are "exceptional"; however, the size 8 1/2 which is my wife's normal size are "too small". Having them streched by a shoe shop did not help. Perhaps my wife should have ordered a size 9. Maybe that would have worked. At $299 for the shoe, I cannot afford Maybe.

The information that I had received, where it was made, where it was shipped from, were grossly different than the correspondence that I had received from the representative of your company. My notes were in much more detail that I sent to you through e-bay. Please refer to them, because I do not fell like writing them again.

I'm sorry you feel that way Matt, I have at this time received no correspondence from you via ebay or our site, so I am unsure what the issue is. Our listing (and website) very clearly states the the shoe are handcrafted in Spain, and shipped via DHL and since they are made to order take 4-6 weeks to arrive. (In fact is states both these facts multiple times) Your order was placed 8/14 and was delivered 9/24 Once again, I would love to hear from you personally as to what the issue is.
