Just an Awesome experience, from getting to your site, choosing my selection, and having received my parcel, including everything in between, and thereafter; the experience was exceptional. Thank you. Cannot wait to place my next order. All shoes hereafter are going to be RA.

The shoes are incredibly crafted and fits great right out of the box. They are some of the best fitting shoes I own. There’s a waiting period but trust me it’s worth the wait. I will definitely be order more shoes in the near future. David

Great boot, very good quality, excellent example of the Balmoral boot, but it take longer to ship than the listing said, and it did not come with a shoe tree like the listing said. The shoe itself is great however and I am very happy and would consider buying more shoes in the future. Sean

Thank you for the review Sean! I'm sorry about the shoe trees, I will send them out ASAP! They should have been shipped with the boots.

Colour is WAY off expected. In no way matches the photos. Is costing me an extra $225 to get it corrected

Hi Jonathan, I wish you would have contacted us to let us know there was a problem with the color, we would have been happy to help, but we received nothing from you.

I was hesitant about making the purchase because the company is outside the US. I was pleasantly surprised as to how easy the process was from start to finish. Can't wait to try my new boots.

Thank you Floyd! Enjoy your new boots! While our Factory is in Spain, our office is here in Chicago, and we are always here if you ever have any questions!

Ordered golf shoes. They are absolutely beautiful. However, they are narrower than all my other US 10.5 D golf shoes not from Robert August. Know that when ordering.

Thank you for the review Jerome!

Great operation. Could not be happier with the quality of the products. The ability to customize your gear is amazing and really makes your wardrobe come together.

Beautifully made. I had to do some breaking-in and some adjustments with an insole to get it to fit just right, but overall I am extremely happy with it.
