I received a call from the freight carrier just a couple of days later scheduling a deliver date. My television has arrived today in perfect condition. I have been in the market for a television for quite some time now. I have ordered a samsung pn64f8500 from this company. Directbuyav was not my first company I tried ordering from. The first website I ordered from took my order, had me wait over a week to tell me they dont have the item available to ship. Directbuyav took my order, charged and shipped my order out same day. I was able to track it online the following day. I ordered this television on Tuesday 12/3, today is wednesday 12/11 and I just signed for my delivery. All in all im a happy shopper
