I've used a lot of audiobook services in my day and find AudiobooksNow to be the best for me. Their prices and customer service are excellent and I always find what I'm looking for. I love their user friendly website/app and the different purchasing options they offer.

I've been using this service for years. I like having the option to purchase audiobooks without signing up for a membership and still get a great price. Their selection is excellent and their support is top notch.

The problem was due to my own mistake. AudioBooks helped me quickly to recover my account.

Hi Ruben, the account you made the purchase on has a typo in the email address "@mail.com" instead of "@gmail.com". You then created a second account with the correct email address which is why you are seeing an empty library. Simply sign in with the email address with the typo in it and you will see the audiobook you purchased. You can fix the typo in your email address once you are signed in. We emailed you more detailed instructions.

Bought a book for my daughter, but months later when I reviewed my statement I saw that charge, but I didn't recognize it. I wrote to customer service. Customer service responded immediately. Nathan tracked down the charge and reported it to me. Customer service does not get better than that. Now that I like them so much I am going to figure out how to play CD's in my car that doesn't have a CD player. I love audio books and stopped listening when I got this car. Time to start listening again. Some great choices available.

Great place to get audiobooks for pretty cheap price. There's a nice collection of free ones as well, and an additional collection for people with membership.

I’ve been a member of Audiobooksnow for 5 years and have found it to be the best place to find a large variety of audiobooks. The App and website is very easy to understand and use. If I ever have a question or a problem there customer service is fast and extremely helpful. There prices are competitive. I would recommend Audiobooksnow to anyone who is looking for a reliable app. jaysherarna1

I needed help downloading a recently purchased book. The support person (Nathan) took all the time needed for this newbie to the world of audiobooks. He was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. The audio works great, reasonable price, and of course the good service. I'll use them again when needed.
