Very good selection and easy to use. Would like to see some better prices, then people with tighter budgets would download more. I drive for a living and love the longer unabridged novels.

Prices are somewhat high, but easily accessible and fun to listen to!

I enjoy it. Not any glitches. I just wish you had some new books and the Harry Potter collection.

Good selection & sales often - who doesn't like a bargain?

No response to email. I emailed that a book was mislabeled and I never heard back. I wanted to listen to an entire series, but the second book in the series was not the same author or characters so I did not buy it. I have had little or no issues and I have listened to a lot of books through audiobooks.com.

I have been very pleased with my experience listening to AudiobooksNow. When I have had problems Nathan has been prompt to email or call me back to help me solve the issues. On the "Wheel of Time" series of books There were numerous times when the recording became garbled. I reported this to Nathan at AudiobooksNow. Note, I said I told Nathan--I do not view them as a grand Audio book in the sky, but as people providing a service. They aren't perfect, but they are relatable and I really prefer humans over corporate messaging everyday, all day long and far into the night.

Good selection and most have good narration make sure you check the stars before buying
