I have received some great stories BUT I have down loaded five stories that appear to downloaded that I can not listen to and the only way to lsten to them is to perches them again. The HELP that I called was no help. They were polite and gave suggestion on how to regain the stories BUT they did not work and I had the feeling that I was bothering them with my request. There was not talk of refunding my money to perches the stories over again or any other help to get the stories in an usable format. Then there is the problem of moving the stories onto other devices that I can carry and listen too. If I had not received such good stories before and a few scene beefroe and after the bad copies, I would not given them such a good rating.

The lack of choices and at times the prices are too high.

Needs more options for Shakespeare plays.

I find that unless a member buys multiple audiobooks each month the audiobooksnow membership fee doesn't really give the buyer much of a discount. I belong to another audiobook club which allows returns when you purchase an audiobook that isn't to your liking. Audiobooksnow does not allow this. So, I rarely purchase audiobooks except on the special discount page.
