Some downloads i.e. "Dune" contained corrupted files that when played caused a very distorted listening experience. Also " The Naked and the Dead will not play on the player and is not available for download. thus a wasted purchase.

After waiting on Macmillan, the publisher of the "Dune" book for months to get us a fixed copy we purchased the CD audiobook of Dune and fixed it ourselves. If you re-download "Dune" it will play fine with no distortion. "The Naked and the Dead" is DRM (Digital Rights Management) protected. This DRM protection is mandated by the author and can only be downloaded or streamed from our free apps, or streamed from our website. Less than 5% of the titles in our catalog require this DRM protection. I have added a $5 credit to your account to make up for your issue with "The Naked and the Dead".
