These are good aids. The only improvement would be they need to be slightly smaller to keep them from falling out of ears when talking & eating.

When I had a serious problem with .my Atom, we did troubleshooting and he ended up sending me an Atom Pro. Very nice customer service.

I have the Atom Pro 2 version. They are wonderful for watching TV! Even voices of people with strong foreign accents are easier to understand. I like being able to adjust the hearing mode to tweak background noise level. I really like being able to make adjustments to volume and mode while the hearing aids are in my ears. Hearing aids being rechargeable is a real plus. These tend to fit my left ear better than my right ear. I tend to get feedback from the right hearing aid a lot more than than with the left (tried switching hearing aids with ears a few times). It is easy to accidentally goof up the volume adjustment when adjusting the positioning of the hearing aids. In noisy environments, background sounds can still interfere with what I want to hear.

The Atom Pro 2 hearing aids are great, but even with the smallest size cup on the end they are too big for my ears! I am SO disappointed to not be able to wear them for more than a few hours at a time. I have not had the time to call to see what you recommend doing, if it is to go to a local Audiologist, they will want to sell me the BTE hearing aids, and right now I cannot do that. I am just now trying to clear my computer of all the spam emails, and have come across your request.

I'm basing my rating off my exchange of the Audien Pro. I had tried online assistance through chat which was not helpful; however, my experience to exchange my product was excellent by phone. The customer service representative was helpful and efficient. That being said, I'm disappointed with the product itself. This is my third set of hearing aids with Audien. The first set I was very pleased with. This second, newer version (which I just recently exchanged) I am struggling with. The fit is not as good and the sound is very tinny even after several adjustments.

Think my pro ear aids, I asked one time to up grade to pro 2 series How much would it cost? Can i get any trade in on my pro aids? I have had my pro about 2 months, Love them by pro 2, but i like the 28% smaller idea,,,,,,,

Good service with a quick delivery. A request to customer service was quickly answered and helped to resolve an issue I was having. The hearing aids were a great help in improving my hearing on the occasions that I needed them. When I eventually needed to move on to custon fitted hearing aids, the protection plan I was subscribed to was easily cancelled.
