The Labor Day ad is deceptive. They discount $200 but say "save $50.00" more on open box unit. The invoice came through without extra discount. When questioned why the rep said untick the box...price increased $50. Bottom line is you are not getting the extra $50 because there is none

Beware if you might need to return...
While the product is probably good for many people, the merchant failed to honor their advertised return policy and obstructed my good-faith efforts to resolve this matter.
I requested cancellation/return before the product was shipped, after learning that this type of hearing aid probably would not sufficiently help me with my problem.
The merchant repeatedly put me off, requiring a phone call with a “hearing specialist” before authorizing a return.
The required return steps were buried in an email misleadingly titled “Inbound Call: [my name],” indistinguishable from at least 60 irrelevant marketing messages. No reasonable consumer could locate this as the official return instructions.
Despite these obstacles, I returned the product unused and unopened, with a label finally provided by the merchant, which I was told the value of which would be deducted from my refund, and have proof of delivery.
The merchant has refused to issue a refund and continues to retain both the product and my funds. I continue to reject the product and request a refund.
This is not a simple case of “missing a return window by five days.” The merchant’s own delays, misleading communication practices, and refusal to provide clear and fair resolution directly caused the timing issue.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. This is clearly not the level of service we aim to provide, and I completely understand how upsetting it must feel.
I believe there may have been some confusion regarding the return process. Typically, once a return label is provided, everything should be good to go — the only cost that might apply is the shipping fee, which can vary depending on your location. We also want to reassure you that we do not hold back any refunds once the hearing aids are returned and confirmed in our system.
I’ve tried to locate your account with the details provided here but wasn’t able to find it. To make sure we can move quickly and get this resolved, could you please reach out to us directly by phone at 205-255-1112 or send an email through here: https://audienhearing.com/pages/support.
This way, we’ll be able to pull up your order right away, clear up any confusion, and ensure your refund is processed without further delay.
Again, I’m truly sorry for the frustration this process has caused you, and we appreciate the opportunity to make things right.
Best regards,
Vince

Flawed design, horrible lifespan
I have purchased the Audien Atom Pro 2 hearing aid first. I had to return it under the 45 day money back guarantee because of poor sound quality and exchanged it for Audien BTE hearing aids which worked just fine for a little over a year.
Unfortunately, one of the units stopped working about three months after the warrantee (1 year) has expired. Another unit followed one month later. In both of them, the ear tubes have come apart due to design and manufacturing flaws. I tried to assemble them back and glue together, but that did not work, probably because tiny wires connecting the speakers with amplifiers broke when parts of the hearing tubes disconnected.
By the way, the hearing aids have been used sparingly, about two – three times a week, so their life span corresponds to about half year of normal everyday use, which is not a reasonable lifespan.

Bait & Switch/poor customer service
I ordered these devices and nowhere in the order process, the confirmation email, nor my status check did it say they weren’t “new”. When they arrived, there was a sticker on them that read “AUDIEN REBUILT”. To further frustrate me, only one of them would produce any tones whatsoever. The other one was truly dead. I charged the charger, as per the instructions. I charged the devices, as per the instructions - neither device worked. I initiated a return, only to be told that I needed to do a video call - which I did. They tried to convince me that they could send me an upgraded set at no additional cost, even after I told them that I did not wish to have a product from a business that dealt in “bait and switch” practices. They finally agreed to email me the return label, which after 3 days I still don’t have! I would not trust them with my business.

False advertising
On 7/4/2025 I purchased the hearing aids for my wife, she tried them for over a week but did not like them, she ended up with outside the ear aids. I called Audien to get a return authorization on them under the 45 day back money guarantee but you do not have them opportunity to speak to anyone. I sent numerous e-mails out until I received a response from a Mica who assured me his team would be in contact with me to return them. It is now 8/21 and I have yet to hear from anyone to help get these returned.

Hi Patrick,
Thanks for sharing your feedback, and I want to sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused you. I completely understand how discouraging it must feel to try reaching out multiple times without getting the support you expected—please know that was never our intention.
I reviewed your account, and we did try giving you a call, but unfortunately, we were only able to reach your voicemail. No worries though—I’ve already requested for another call to be placed today so we can personally connect with you and help get this return process taken care of.
I also want to acknowledge the inconvenience caused by our new return process. It was put in place to better support our customers, but I understand it may have felt like a delay instead. That was absolutely not our intention, and we want to reassure you that we’re here to make sure your refund is processed smoothly.
Thank you for your patience, and again, I’m very sorry for the trouble this caused. We’ll be in touch shortly to get everything resolved for you.

RIPOFF ALERT
RIPOFF ALERT. Audienhearing.com claim in their online advertising AND on their website a "45-day risk-free" trial for anyone who orders hearing devices directly from them. There was no mention of their highly restrictive return policy for anyone who wants to return the devices within that 45 day window. You FIRST have to contact Customer Service and obtain PERMISSION for the return. And that results in a circular runaround designed to frustrate the customer rather than help her with the return. After being driven crazy in the process, I gave up. My mental health is worth more than the $340.00 I had to eat. That was back in May, and it STILL burns me up. Particularly when I'm using Chrome and am subjected to Audien's heavy advertising presence and their deceptive advertising. Forbes Magazine published a review that praised Audien. The reviews published online by purported individuals range from recommending Audien to bitter complaints similar to mine. I am highly dubious that the reviews praising Audien are genuine. I won’t even get into the shoddy devices Audien sells.

Hi Ru,
Thanks for sharing your feedback and we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have felt. This is certainly not the experience we want for any of our customers, and we take your feedback very seriously.
Our return process does require contacting Customer Service first, but it should never feel like a “runaround.” We’ll make sure to review your comments carefully so we can improve and make things clearer and smoother moving forward.
Since we’re unable to locate your account from this review alone, could you please reach out to us directly at (205) 255-1112, or send us an email through here: https://audienhearing.com/pages/support.
We’d love the chance to look into this for you. Thank you again for sharing your experience—we’ll definitely take note of this and work to do better.

Company appears to be run entirely by…
Company appears to be run entirely by AI. They spam you & try to get you to re purchase items that you already paid for. They offer cash rewards for surveys & after collecting data they to not pay. Their systems fail to answer support emails & then they try multiple tactics to delay any refund. Was only able to obtain a refund by filing a complaint with PayPal. Avoid this company at all costs!!
The only reason the company provided a refund was because a complaint was filed with PayPal. They did everything in their power to delay a refund. Including tryin to schedule a video chat 3 days in the future. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!
