I have had some technical issues with the hearing aids and both times without question Audien and Charissa whom supported me made sure replacements were sent out emmediately. She made sure I was not without hearing aids at anytime they were being replaced. And she is very knowlegable and helpful when troubleshooting the issues. Best service ever, thank you!
