Actually, my experience has not been great. One hearing aid screeches too much. Misc sounds seem "off" out of the one ear piece. Changing out guards didn't fix it.

I am very pleased with my new hearing aids. I can hear and understand conversations better and the volume of the TV has been lowered!! Every question and concern has been answered quickly and has helped.

These comments refer to the Atom Pro 2. The in-the-ear Atom is easy to wear. It is particularly welcome for those wearing glasses (and masks). Amplification is good but noise cancelling of background noise is poor. Most disappointing is very poor speech clarity and the irritating echo of one’s own voice. The single button is not easy & clumsy to use, esp to change mode. Need a better design. Customer service feedback on questions is very good.

My new ION hearing aids are much better fitting than my previous ones. The rubber tips are softer, too. I'm having a little problem with the volume, but I'm sure I'll get used to them.

I am still getting used to them but they are working well so far. I like the idea of having them recharge in the little box. There are NO batteries that I have to replace all the time. They are really good to wear and comfortable.

Hearing aids simple to use and effectively improve hearing. Would give 5 stars but offer of second pair @60% off was not easy to accomplish. Customer service slow to respond.

Good for tv and where there is no background noise need way to adjust sound without screwdriver so cos turn down in loud place

I ordered almost a yr ago atom pro and they preformed well, then suddenly 9 months later I had an issue with one. Tech support was very helpful in things I could do it make it work again. Meanwhile I liked the features of the atom2 which I ordered just recently. Now both units preformed very well, but I like to use the atom2 anytime I'm out in the public, because of the ease of adjusting the volume - easley. The pro is a set volume control which is good for use around the house or where surrounding sounds don't change dramatically. Recently one of the pro ear bud stopped working, I like them so much I reordered another pair. Now that my ears have adjusted to have something in the ear channel, I can honestly here sounds better now, I wasn't even aware of in the past. I believe I have gotten my monies worth on these hearing aids and the support team is extremely helpful and respond quickly when I encountered a problem.
