I bought a set of hearing aids from Audien at around march of this year the model is Atom. Well, the price was very good but one of the hearing aids started to lose the charge after being charged the whole night, the charge will only last 2 to 3 hours until finally wouldn't take the charge at all. I sent emails to customer service but the response was very slow, when they finally replied they told me to clean the contacts and to clean the wax from my ears, I tried this for several emails but never a good answer. I still have the second hearing aid from Audien and I also notice that the volume has been decreasing little by little. I purchased this things online and I didn't get information about any warranty. I hadn't heard or seen any emails from them at all.

I purchased my Audien Atom Pro hearing aids in early April of 2022. My first impression of the hearing aids were not good because they stick out of my ears like small beige light bulbs. I needed them so I kept them regardless of their appearance. Now as of today. One of my hearing aids is fully charged and not working. No physical damage to the unit. Just gave out on its own. If you purchase the Audien Atom Pro hearing aids,it may be wise to also purchase the extended warranty. I did not and now I am left with one good hearing aid which I use in the ear that needs it most. That is my story with Audien Hearing aids. Good luck on your journey with your purchase.

Product is OK -- as described but a real hassle trying to cancel the extended warrenty. Dispite a very clear request to customer service they did not cancel. Had to follow-up.

Overall nothing bad to say. Better than anything else ive tried around this price. Never had the expensive ones though cant afford.

I was hesitant to try the Atom at first, but I'm so glad I did. They are absolutely amazing and have made such a difference in my life.

Audien offers an incredible value for the price. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and I would definitely say they're worth giving a try!

I received my Atom hearing aids and only one bud works. The other one simply doesn't work even after a full charge. Luckily the bud that works helps me with my hearing loss partially. And the Audien online agent says he is sending me a replacement bud right away.

I decided to try an "OTC" hearing aid before going to an audiologist and the more expensive aids. I have moderate hearing loss and wanted somthing I could wear in public that would help me better hear conversations - always missing some part of what's being said. Technically, these (the Audien Atoms) did improve my hearing, but I found the sound quality too distracting. To me, the sound was flat, with no 'warmth' to it. Having no experience with more expensive aids, it may well be that all aids produce that same sound quality, but hopefully I'll find the right fit for me. As far as Audien as a company, I was able to speak to a representative via the chat feature on their website and she quickly took care of sending me a mailing label for returning the aids and was extremely nice about the situation. She did offer to upgrade the aids to the Audien Pro, but she didn't push me toward that. I've yet to mail the aids back - will be taking care of that very soon - so I haven't received a refund, but so far, the process has been very smooth. I've read lots of positive reviews for the Audien brand, so I'm sure they work for some and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend trying them since you have nothing to lose with their 45-day trial. And just a closing thought, I did try to communicate with the company via email but received no response (3 tries!), so you might want to use the chat instead; instant response with that route.
