Three pairs of Atom and Atom 2. Could not get rid of the feedback AND at the 1:1 setting, hearing my wife was not improved and marginally worse. Tech support provided the canned responses posted on the website. Not particularly helpful. At least I got my $ back.

Wilson, Our records show that you purchased your EV3 about 3 years ago on 11/17/20. I would be happy to offer you a discount on our newest products but your EV3 is outside of our 1 year warranty so I wont be able to offer you a free exchange. I have asked multiple times if they had larger ear domes because none of the domes supplied were large enough. I received a generic AI reply with no answer to follow up questions. I was told they had larger domes but not told how to order them. The website only offers a variety pack with the same domes I received. I think they would be good hearing aids if I could get domes that fit. All I wanted is a coherent response that did not make me feel stupid. I cannabilized domes f from a cheaper set of hearing aids that seem to work. I like the Atom 2 because of the noise suppression.

Alan, The 3 sized earbuds included in our accessory pack are the only earbuds we provide at Audien. If the largest sized bud still doesn't fit your ears there are a few options a can do for you. First I can send you our Atom hearing aid which is a slightly larger unit compared to your Atom Pro 2, this device doesn't have all the same features but they are larger and might fit your ears better. We would also refund the difference because you would be going to out $99 model. I can also offer you a free upgrade to the Audien BTE model which is our highest quality device yet. This model does contain 9 different sized earbuds so I'm confident you will find a good fit with this model. If both of those options don't work for you we will send you a return label for your current devices and give you a full refund on your order.

Originally, I was thrilled with my Atom Pro hearing aids from Audien. So much, I wrote a raving review about my experience with them and how I could hear sounds I had forgotten existed. Then came the day I went to the rifle range and about blew out both ear drums. These are just sound amplifiers and have no limiter for sounds. Background sounds in restaurants are so terrible that I can't understand the people that I have conversations with, primarily on my phone. If I had to do it again, I would look for some with a sound limiter.

We are sorry you almost damaged your hearing more, but we do not suggest using these in loud environments ever! They do not have a limiter, but are FDA Registered OTC Hearing Aids. Please contact us so we can assist with a return.

I bought mine (EV3) in September of 2021and I just pitched them in the trash. Never could get them to balance out and now the battery's have died after 1 year & 5 months. They are not true hearing aids just sound amplification devices. No sound cutoff over a certain db level so don't walk outside when the tornado sirens go off or wear to the gun range. Game ears at Walmart work better and are cheaper.

Danny, I'm sorry you were not satisfied with our EV3s. We have improved our products greatly since. They do not have a built in limiter so we never advise to use them while firing guns. We recommend hearing protection. The EV series were amplifiers, but our newer products are FDA registered OTC Hearing Aids and are in compliance with current federal regulations for OTC Hearing Aids. We hope you'll give us another try!

I purchased a pair of Audiences Hearing aid in May/2021. Subsequently I received an offer of Lifetime replacement warranty in case of loss or defect without reading the fine print. A monthly charge ensued since then for nearly 2 years. When I was overseas 2 weeks ago, the left hearing aid quit working. I phoned Audien today and spoke with Loren who told me to return both hearing aids to Audien Hearing, 10733 N. Frank Floyd Right Blvd. #103, Scottsdale, AZ 85259. My question is “what if I lost the hearing aids, what would I send back?” I’m 80+ year old and my pet peeve on this is when Audien Hearing is promoting to clients the Lifetime Replacement Warranty I’m under the impression that Audien Hearing is a reputable company.

Ben, We do have an unlimited protected plan that we offer for $4/month. The only "fine print" that we have is this short policy page https://audienhearing.com/pages/protection-plan-policy This is something that you must either opt into on our website or ask a representative to add when ordering a new device. I apologize if this was not clear to you but we do train our representatives to be very transparent. If you have our protection plan, you are entitled to a replacement for between $19-$34 depending on which products you purchased. This even covers loss! If you lost them we do not require you send anything back. We also send a shipping label to print if you are located in the U.S. This plan can be canceled at any time!
