Howard we did our best to create the smallest OTC hearing aids while keeping good quality in our products. If we went any smaller they wouldn't be able to have the same features.

Marketing. They do a great job on sales and marketing their product right down to packaging The product . My first unit never worked but they did replace it.I still had problems with squealing. I updated to the Atom2 it worked much better. Customer service said it’s important to use the larger size cover which seems to be doing the job.It has been two weeks and one of them died,the other is working fine.

The product is a bit smaller as advertised. Sound volume is excellent but quality seems lacking. Absolutely the WORST was delivery. One department didnt know what the other department was doing - despite their repeated request for a corrected address accompanied by my repeated correction! Hence, the product was delivered to a different address. No effort on their part to make it right. It took me weeks and a dozen calls to have it corrected. Shocking.

To be honest they are great for supplying different dome for fitting the devices into the ear. The charging devce is great. The fact that i have somewhat of a more specific problem than most has me unable to use these regularly. I will give them more time since i have purchased them, and hopefully will be able to wear them regularly.

It will typically take about 3-4 weeks for your ears and brain to adjust to a new hearing device. If you have any questions or need any help don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.

I can hear the TV better, I did have difficulty to get them in my ears so the wouldn’t fall out. Overall a good product.

If your having difficulties finding a fit that stays in your ears I recommend trying all the earbud sizes included in the package.

I did not like that it took months to get you to take a payment for warrantees on 3 pairs of hearing aides I purchased for my family. They don't work well for me or my brother, but my sister absolutely LOVES them. Not sure of the dates!!!!

Like all low cost hearing aids I have tried, when watching TV they under amplify dialogue and over amplify background noise and music. They are better than some I have tried.
