Allan was friendly and very helpful, even though i had already returned the Atom X prior to the call.He offered soullllutions but I opted not to take advantage. All in all it was a great experience.

Except for a mix-up of time he was on mountain standard time which I misread as daylight. He has been very patient and helpful in resolving my problems. Some of them are just difficulties with the android operating system, which cannot be fixed. I have really appreciated working with this company. I have tried 3 other hearing aids and this has been the most helpful
