I got one basic model it did not work well. I upgraded to a higher model that also had some issues. I went one model higher and that was very good and all fine. However my work environment demanded even more precise hearing so ultimately I had to return it. The reason for giving 5 star is, Audien and there staff were very very good in every step of the process. The buying and return process was very efficient and painless. Overall I am very satisfied and one of these days I am going to return back to them. Thanks Audien.
