The company sent the set of hearing aids quickly and I tried them for about 2 weeks. I was impressed with the quality of them, but they were just too large for my ears. I’m returning them and will continue to search for another option.

It has taken a very long time for the order to arrive

To be honest, the hearing aids are amplifiers. I wish this was explained more clearly in your marketing platform. In addition, I wish the ear domes were labeled as large, medium and smalls when the arrive in the packaging. I am still adjusting to them. Would appreciate a call back from a hearing specialist on the root cause of the massive feedback. I have made two CS calls, not the best results for the consumer. :(

Difficult customer service for returns. I bought a pair and had some small issues with echoing and distortion I did not like how they fit either. I asked 3 times for refund and kept emailing them. They'd reply with run around. I still haven't got a return label or money. What good is 45 money back return policy if you ignore requests for return.

I am updating my original review. After writing my first review the company contacted me again and offered to replace my hearing aids at no cost. As I do appreciate this, it should not have taken a negative review for this to happen. I have received my new hearing aids and hope they last. See original comment attached. (I purchased the Atom Pro in October 2023. They were too large for my ears. It took me almost a week to get a reply to return them. I then paid an additional $80 to purchase the BTE. I received them the first week of November and by the end of November the tube on the left hearing aid broke off from the receiver. The company told me for an additional $99 they would send me a new set. Why would I want to pay additional money for something that may not last longer than 30 days. Very disappointing.)

They wok well, when they work. I purchased Atom last year, but could not get used to the high pitch squealing and road and wind noise was overwhelming, leading me to insert the aids when not in high noise environments. Now one of the has quit. They both charge , but one does no work. Called ( no, went to online customer service) and was referred to a computer service “join for $1”. That won’t work for me. Now I use only one in my worst ear.

Not able to test product after receipt. It would not take a charge even after 24 hours. Had to return it. Ordered a replacement set but received only 1 piece so elected to return all three pieces. Can't give an honest 'performance' review at this point.

They slip out of my ears occasionally and I use the smallest ear buds and insert them as far into my ear as I can.
