I am getting no help in trying to return these hearing aids. They are not tiny they don't fit my ears and all I get is magnifing sounds including my own voice. They will not give me a address for returns

Great marketing and packaging, poor product performance and support. Here are the details One: I was encouraged to pay extra for the EV3 at the time I checked out. One day later, I was told that they were out of the original EV1, so they were upgrading me to the EV3 at no extra cost. I had already paid $50 extra, so I emailed their support and still have never heard back. Two and most importantly: I bought these to help me hear kids in my classroom and conversations in busy areas. They help with neither. They only make everything louder, including the tapping of feet, pencils, shuffling of papers, etc. They are heavy and big-looking and create a very loud feedback when inserting them in my ears which concerns me that they will cause further hearing loss. The feedback is not always caused by touching the microphone on the earbud as the company suggests, and by the way, it is very hard to avoid touching that mic when inserting them into your ear. 3. Finally, I've emailed their support for both of the stated issues above, and have not received a response after one and two weeks. I have spent $139.00 for a product that does me absolutely no good, and in fact I am much better off not wearing them at all. I hear better without them.

Buyer BEWARE!!! They are not as small as promoted. It looks like a big gob of gum sticking out of your ear. The quality is awful! I attempted to return when I discovered there is a $29.00 stocking fee AND an $8.00 postage fee. A far cry from "Money Back Guarantee." According to the rude customer service agent, the fees are clearly in their policy. This is disingenuous. One has to dig through to find the details. Any reputable company would have an asterisk by the 30 day money back guarantee then list the fees in clear sight.

One of mine won't work and I've tried to get in touch with someone from support and I get the run around. All I want is the one that won't work but can't get anyone to respond

These things are worthless. The sound rattles and the volume randomly changes -- starts very loud then without touching them they go very low and basically I could hear better without them after a little while. The sound sounds like a busted speaker and they won't stay in my ear. Also, I bought the EV1 and paid to upgrade to EV3 at purchase. I received an e-mail a few days later saying the EV1 was out of stock so they were sending me a EV3 "for no extra charge". If they are sending out they EV3 for no extra charge why did they charge me extra for it. The 30 day return policy is a joke -- restocking fee and so far I cannot get a response on where to send them. Save your money!

THIS IS A SCAM. Nobody answers calls and their return policy is a fake. Just check their address; it doesn't have one... except the one showing in the middle of the desert. Seriously. But the worst is that the product doe NOT work.

If I could give less than one star, I certainly would. Cannot get in contact with anyone after numerous efforts. When you call the number you get a recording then they tell you to go and send an email which they never respond to. Also, they’ve been trying to take money from my checking account and I had to turn it over to the fraud department. Waste of money and the worst experience ever!!

Poor quality audio. Bulky fit in ear. Charge of $39 to return. BEWARE BEWARE!
