Hearing aids didn’t work for me and battery only seemed to last for 2 hours before needing recharge.

They have not listened to my emails and shipped my package to a wrong address and wont correct it. Ten emails and 2 phone calls later and I have no resolution. It turns out that after the proper people got my message and listened to the error things were made right.

5 months ago spoke to an associate to stop receiving a product on a monthly basis. No longer received the product but continued to be billed for it. Called regarding this today - was told I was being billed for a different product????? Associate said that I would be reimbursed for the bills. Will wait to see what happens.

Terrible customer support. Promise personalized support, but when my Atom Pro 2s were not working, no one was there to help. Stay away from the Atom Pro 2. Also they are amplifiers not hearing aides BIG Diifference. Reply: If Audien called me twice in ten minutes then why is there no record of this on my phone. I also told the customer service agent I was only available for ten minutes. They also don't say my call was a returned call to them wanting information about my experience. Two strikes and you are out! This is not the first time Audien has failed me as a customer. I could only hope they point out the calls and requests for assistance, which were ignored or conducted by non hearing professionals with attitude. I sent mine back; even their refund system is snarled. I had to request my refund after waiting two weeks from returning them. STAY AWAY. They are "hearing aids," but they are unsupported by Audien and they caused me severe pain. We shall see what the FDA determines after my complaint.

Even in Quiet environment one to one can't understand conversation. At higher volume hearing aid whistles. In a challenging situation (Restaurant) hear loud noise.

Get the customer the hearing aid that is right for them the first time instead of making the customer to upgrade never getting the aids they need! The reply they gave is false they told me I could not upgrade to the bte aids unless I upgraded to some other aid first. Not here to argue just putting the truth out there.

I ordered a set of atom pro's a little over a year ago, one will not hold a charge. After trying to contact Audien on their published phone number, I finally just gave up. Their automated reply says "please hold, your wait time will be between 5 and 10 minutes" After holding for some 20 minutes, I was disconnected. This happened several times. Like an idiot, I then ordered a set of Audien Atom Pro II's. They were supposed to be far superior to the old ones. Problem is, even at the lowest volume setting, they still whistle. I've been attempting to contact Audien by phone for 2 days with no luck! Well, apparently i didn't learn well after my first purchase. I would not recommend Audien at all. Just save your money and get yourself a REAL pair of hearing aids!

First Atom was defective within a few weeks. They sent replacement but that became defective in 4 months. Called their support and she was not courteous and professional. Although the product is still under warranty they want me to ship back the defective devices at my own cost. I do not recommend buying products from Audien. Their products break down before warranty, their support people are not nice and their return policy is not hassle free. I will try and get another product from a better company. Whoever replied to this review should review the customer support emails for the day. Their support staff instructions differ from your statement. They try to make you pay for returning defective products but when the cats out of the bag, you attempt to do damage control on this review. I applaud your attempt but the damage is done.
