Have asked for a receipt for my medical insurance company. Still have not received it after requesting it 4, yes four times!, it's over 1 months and they have not emailed it to me!! So frustrated! If this is how their customer service operates, I hate to think what it will be like if problems with item!!

Bought two sets, as the original set I bought had lost one due to traffic accident. Thought I was getting the same as before, but the "new" Atom 2, only has buttons to adjust sound level instead of screw. Even on the lowest setting, I get whistling from ALL four hearing aides. Now way to turn them just a bit lower. Worthless, after too much money spent.

Second pair dead after 2 months, this pair like the first pair will not recharge. First time one quit charging sent back for replacement, now this pair will not charge. They work pretty good right up until you cannot charge them anymore....Please note, they will send new pair, NOT, haven't heard from them since!

Looking for hearing aid ...started getting emails from Audien and after extensive research settled on the Atom2.pro...and am now getting about 2 emails a day ....tried to order ..used code to reduce price...all worked......WOULD NOT LET ME CHANGE COUNTRY OF DELIVERY TO AUSTRALIA.....THATS WHERE I LIVE..sent several emails complaining .....response was.....don’t miss this opportunity..take another $20 off...finally went to pay by PayPal as Audien suggest on their web page..NO PROBLEM ...DELIVERY ADRESS ACCEPTED AS TASMANIA ..AUST.....BUT ...price went from $259 to just under $500....NOWHERE IN AUDIENS ADV. DO THEY SHOW THE PRICE AS U.S.$....totally dishonest ..not transparent marketing...no where is there one disclaimer...their response ....”we don’t deliver outside the U.S.how did you do it ?....no mention of that in their Adv.either... What an abysmal amateurish company .....I wonder if their product is any better than their marketing.. If you want to buy from this questionable lot and you don’t live in the US ..use PayPal and be prepared to pay nearly double the advertised price ....what a joke 👎👎👎

Didnt buy them, cant buy them outside USA. Being bombarded with emails, dont want to unsubscribe in case they start to sell overseas, Very protectionist approach to sales.

Terrible experience!! This company, in my humble opinion, is a partial 'game'. One of my earpieces did not work and to send another pair. It is almost impossible to reach anyone in this company. I feel I got no help and waisted about $300 on them. They refuse to give me a replacement ear piece, even though I bought their insurance plan. They haev shown me this company has ZERO Customer Service and their product is NOt meeting my needs and don't count on any contract fulfillment in the Customer Service contract.

I tried the 89 dollar pair,triedEV3s they sound awful. I tried the Atom, also they distort and sound, well the fidelity leaves much to be desired. All this money and no usable hearing aids. I gave up and went to an audiologist and got Starkeys. My insurance paid 100 percent and they are great. Don't waste time and money onAudien.. Really, the co.started to sell hearing amps before they had a solid product to sell and Audien kept saying, Gary our newest pair

The first hearing aids were too big. One fell out of my ear in a parking lot. The second pair fit, but they don't get loud enough to help me. There is supposed to be a 'beep' when you change the volume, but I can't hear it. $300 down the drain. VERY disappointed.
