That's definitely not the experience we want you to have! Our hearing aids use Bluetooth mainly for streaming calls and audio. If you’re experiencing dropped connections, it might be due to phone settings, distance from the device, or the hearing aids reconnecting after being placed in the charging case. We want to help get to the bottom of this and improve your experience! In louder environments, the microphones are designed to stay active, allowing you to remain aware of your surroundings.
