I knew I couldn't afford those expensive hearing aids...so when I saw these I decided to try them. Ordered the upgraded ones plus the $4.00 a month insurance fee. They came in 5 days and I was kept informed by email of their whereabouts the whole time in transit. I have now had them for 5 days and I cannot express how happy I am. I can hear so much better and they fit very nicely in the ears. Great clarity! I am very pleased with the way you can easily adjust the volume and get rid of squeeling or back noise. Great hearing aids at an unbelievably great price👍

We ordered a set for my husband... It did take a while to receive them, but well worth the wait!!! One of the hearing aids messed up, wouldn't charge or work... So I emailed Audien, and they sent a new set right out to us and they are working great!!!! Thank you Audien!!! Fantastic company/people to work with!!!

I ordered these for my wife.got them a couple days ago and she loves them. She says she can hear us again,not that she wants to hear everything,lol. Thank you for a great reasonable priced product.

It took a little longer than expected because of the Covid-19, but it was worth the wait and Audien kept me updated about them and when they expected me to get them, I love them,

My husband and I did the trial of the $4,500 each hearing aids, one week was enough to know they were not for us. Then I saw the ad for Audien Hearing and decided to give them a try. They are very simple and completely invisible and comfortable. We recommend them to all our friends and have bought extra pairs for people who can't afford even this low price. My husband and I get along much better now that he can hear good. All the extra bells and whistles on the expensive aids are just that. Not necessary. The covid virus situation slowed down shipping. They let us know the problem. Really appreciated that.

I received my hearing aids in the mailbox on Monday the 29 th. Had to charge them so didn't get to try untill the next day when I put them in my discovered that one was not working, I called there customer support line and they have a new set on the way, the one that is working is wonderful, forgot what it was like to hear well.

I love my hearing aids, I did have a problem with the first pair, but they company sent me another pair, an I really enjoy being able to hear my grandkids, watching TV, not having to keep asking what did you say, it took me a little while to get the settings right but I have it now an I do love them, I would recommend them to anyone needing hearing aids
