I surprised my hubby with these hearing aids. Not only are they made in the USA but are affordable & work great. I'd recommend these to anyone who has hearing loss. Thank you Audien Hearing for making a product that people can actually use & not break the bank.

I ordered their EV1 hearing aid and it really did not fit properly. They allowed me to upgrade to the EV3. They were caring, professional, and reacted promptly.

I was talking with Ervin today 11/03/2020 and she was extremely helpful and solved the issues which I was having.

I cannot say enough about the excellent support response regarding the replacement of my defective hearing aid units. I was excited to receive my earring aids in the mail. I carefully read the instructions. I only wore them for two hours each day. My BIG problem was the item that fit over the earring aid. I couldn't get the dome thing out of my ears. I got so nervous. I tried the big ones and with those on I couldn't even get the earring aid into my ear. I tried the small one and that is when I couldn't couldn't get the dome thing out of my ear. Scared me! I made sure I had some one here to help when when I wore them the next day. The left ear began to ring so loud I had to take it out. I think my ears are just too small for this type of hearing aids. Thank you
