Awesome company. The costumer service is wonderful. Shipping is fast and very efficient. Plus they help others in the community than need assistance with hearing aids.

We received a set of hearing aids but they only worked for one day. I contacted customer service and they replied in minutes. CSR Jack was very helpful and, after confirming that we had a faulty set he offer to replace them with an upgraded model! Needless to say we are thrilled with the customer service. I would highly recommend this company. They stand behind their products!

I had to contact customer service to resolve an issue with my devices. The representative who took care of me was Cheyanne. My problem was addressed quickly and competently. I can recommend their customer service to you if you are looking for hearing devices.

I just received my order of your tiny hearing aids. After making the proper adjustment for sound level, I tested them out the same evening. I was overjoyed when the sound came through crystal clear. After more than a year without proper hearing, I finally was able to watch a TV program without the need to turn the volume up to the max. Recharging worked beautifully so that the next morning, I was ready to start another perfect hearing day!! I have ordered more than 7 other aids over the past several months, and every one of them failed to deliver. They were all returned for refund. I plan to order a second pair of your tiny aids just in case I lose one. I never want to be without them from this day forward. Congratulations for producing this excellent product and marketing it at a very fair price.
