I now have the EV3 after using the EV1 for a few months. Both work very well but for me EV3 is smaller and more comfortable. Great product and great customer service. Highly recommend them to anyone with hearing problems

Had issues with my left hearing aid. Sent an email this morning and the response was shortly after. Had a replacement set sent out same day. Great service will highly recommend them.

I knew I was missing out on a lot of conversations, bits and pieces missing and it was annoying people to have to repeat things to me. I ordered these hearing aids with little or no expectations since past experience was not good. From the moment I put them in my ears, made the minimal adjustments to background noise I knew I had made the right choice. I also like and appreciate the tools that are included. Everything you need is right there and the easy to read and follow manual is a great help.

The latest experience was great. Cheyanne was most helpful! I would give her ten stars for her professionalism. I explained to her what had happened that one device quit operating just after two days of use and that I had contacted Audien. The previous person said that a replacement would be sent out back in late July or early August. I hadn't received it and gave up on it until the recent advertisement. Thought I would give it it one more try. Like I said Cheyenne made the experience wonderful!

I had no idea that there was a smaller size, the EV3, and had ordered the EV1. My ears are very small and I was having difficulty with EV1. This amazing company sent me an EV3 to replace the EV1, and I am so happy. I can hear!!!! Instead of 45 volume on my TV, it's at around 19. I can now hear my fridge is definitely in need of being looked at. I had no idea it was making such a racket. My mother struggled so with uncomfortable hearing aids that cost thousands of dollars and never seemed to work for her. She fumbled with tiny batteries with arthritic hands. I wish she could have experienced these hearing aides. I feel absolutely spoiled. I never thought I'd hear very well again, as I never thought I'd be able to afford hearing aides. I am so grateful to this wonderful company for making such a product available and for helping me out as I'm widowed on SS and didn't know how I'd afford a replacement size.
