I ordered the audience hearing aids for my husband. Got them in 7 days. And hubby love them. No reason to pay anymore for them. They are better than the one I paid 4995.00 for and he hates them..

I am so happy! When, I got the EV1, hearing aids, I could hear things so clearly. Each day I wore them, I discovered even more sounds ,I was missing. I was renting them. I decided to see if I could buy them. So I called and talked to very nice young man. He and I had a wonderful conversation. I asked him about the EV3, and he explain,they were the newer model,when he said they were, $249.00 I was not going to get them, then he said they were $100.00 off. So I gave myself a Christmas present. Best $149, I ever spend! Now,someone asked me why I upgraded, my EV1, we're nice,I had no problems with them at all. The new ones, are better, (EV3) for me, they are smaller, fit my tiny ears better, and they are quieter. But I want everyone to know, Audien Hearing, is a wonderful business! This company gave me a gift, I can hear my (Cardinals singing in my back yard again). I was baking cookies,in the kitchen this morning, and I heard the cardinal,singing. I was just diagnosed with moderate to severe, hearing loss in August. I checked several well know companies, but, I could never afford,1,999- 4000$. When I seen the ad for Audien Hearing, I thought ok, I am going to try them. Oh, my goodness, I am so glad I did!!! Whether,you chose, EV1 or EV3, both products are wonderful. Audien staff, I "thank you".

Oh my how I love my units. They are far more than I could have hoped for. I rarely wore my old units because of the whooshing background noise and they certainly weren't cheap! My new EV3 eliminate that whoosh. They are easily rechargeable, which I never had before either. I have shared with friends and am expecting them to order in the near future. This company is the best!

So easy to order! I got them quickly. So easy to use and makes my quality of life so much better because I can actually hear things now!!!!

I think you are a very honest and caring company. my first pair (EV1) was giving me problems and not working right. I had emails with Cheyenne. I got quick replies. I agreed to a exchange for a new pair and received them before I could even get the old ones in the mail to return them. My new ones seem to be working just fine. Thanks to your company and Cheyenne I am very pleased !

I normally don't order stuff on-line especially from Facebook, been burned one to many times. Decided I needed to do something with my hearing since I finally got tired of saying "what did you say"???? So I order the Audien 3 hearing aids with the full understanding that I was wasting my money!! Surprisingly I received them in the mail in less than a week and they were a solid product!!! They work amazing well and now I hear everything.... sometimes more than I need to!! GREAT product, highly recommended!! Thank you Audien for giving me back my hearing!!!

I have had a hearing aide for the past 7 years,made by Phonak, that cost me $6000. It takes batteries once a week. It didn't work! I decided to try the Audien Hearing device, it was like a miracle. I could hear again, without absolute clarity and I could regulate the volume of the device. The EV3 device has been a lifesaver. I urge to to buy these Audien hearing aides.

Assistance through Audien Chat and email I was able to get the assistance I needed. The persons were extremely courteous and helpful in satisfying my questions. I recommend Audien as a reliable Company.
