I just had to take a moment to shoutout audien's customer service! Seriously. these folks are on another level. They walked me through every detail, patiently answered my million questions, and genuinely cared about finding the right fit for me. It's rare to find service like this nowadays. kudos Audien!

The quality of sound was great and the customer service was superb. I could hear better for so much less. I was wearing more expensive hearing aids before and to me the quality of the sound was the same. I had to replace the old hearing aids because the battery would not hold charge any more after wearing them for 2.5years. To replace them I have to throw them away and buy new expensive ones. Any instrument with rechargeable batteries would have the same fate because replacement batteries are not available and cannot be replaced by manufacturer. Audien hearing aids are so inexpensive that you wouldn't mind buying new ones when batteries fail. The only con was although they are marketed as in ear hearing aids, they are still loudly visible. I was looking for something super small like the previous one, inside the ear canal size, but they are expensive and not easily available except by one manufacturer. I am sure Audien will come out with smaller hearing aids that no one will notice but they would not be super cheap and hence I would like them to deal with heath care insurance companies so we can get help in paying for them when replacement money is available. Now the allowance by health care companies is that they will pay a certain amount every 5 years. I wish Audien, success in manufacturing in the canal hearing aids to help general public with reasonable price.

My experience with Audien has been wonderful. I have tried using the other, absurdly expensive, hearing aids and ended up returning them. But yours, are perfect and, being a composer, I can now hear my own music perfectly. Thank you for your great service.

Audien Hearing has excellent hearing aids, Their maintenance kits were delivered quickly. The sound is clear of noise. Their guidance when first using them was spot on! Boy, did they improve my life. At a fraction of the cost.

What made my experience great is that you were willing to use email. This had a very slight disadvantage in dragging the conversation out but when I followed the instuctions the devices worked perfectly. I am happy.

They answer all questions promptly. I had a problem with 1 not working and the advice they gave me worked and I was back to hearing. Its been years since I have had the TV below a 60 on volume and now I listen at 40 and have a very happy wife,.
